5828fad63b CallWindow: use Manager 
As a side effect this removes also the disconnect message when a call
ends.

9aa34cceff src: Give the Provider to the CallWindow on construction 
This allows us to get rid of the signals on the MainWindow and
simplifies things dramatically.
